Emergent Data Sculpture
Using authentic data from IBM clients as input, the visualisations reveal the ‘attack surface’ vulnerabilities of these companies and give surprising insights about how complex this subject is.
Spatial Interface
Through an intuitive gestural interface, Leap Motion technology, users have the ability to hover, grab, rotate and immerse themselves through data landscapes.

This powerful demonstration tool shows how IBM Randori security products can help organisations to mitigate risks. Combining rich storytelling mechanics with emotive discovery, audiences gain an attacker's perspective, navigating Under The Surface.
Global Activations
Made in game engine software, the experience was designed from the offset to be fluid across platforms + activation spaces. Premiering at RSA and THINK 2023 before then being scaled and toured globally, translated into 5 different languages, including French, Portuguese and Korean.

The Under The Surface experience continues to be recognized with prestigious awards, including wins: ADWEEK, Event Marketer, MUSE, MarCom, W3 and Clio Awards.
